RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Berry Doodle. This policy explains your rights if you change your mind or if there is a problem with your order.
This policy applies to physical goods sold through Berry Doodle, including stationery, organisers, creative accessories, study and desk accessories, and other general merchandise.

CHANGE-OF-MIND CANCELLATIONS
For most eligible goods purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Please include your order number and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel your order.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address for your particular order.
Because some Berry Doodle products may be fulfilled from different locations, the return address may not always be the same as our business address.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may inspect a product in the same way that you would reasonably be able to inspect it in a physical shop.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where possible, please return products with their original packaging, accessories, instructions and any other items supplied with them.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we tell you otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.
If an item is faulty, damaged, defective, unsafe, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, Berry Doodle will be responsible for reasonable return costs where required by law.

REFUNDS
Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the eligible goods.
Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us. If you selected a more expensive or premium delivery service, the additional delivery cost may not be refundable.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We will process refunds without undue delay and within the time required by applicable UK consumer law.
Where goods need to be returned, we may wait until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Your legal rights for faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods are separate from your right to change your mind.
Under UK consumer law, you may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods and receive a refund within 30 days, depending on the circumstances. Other rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund may also apply. �

Where possible, include:
your order number;
a description of the problem;
photographs or video showing the issue.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
The statutory right to cancel does not apply in certain circumstances. This may include, where applicable:
personalised or custom-made products;
goods made to your specifications;
goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
other products where an exception applies under UK consumer law.
These exceptions do not remove your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
