PLACING AN ORDER

After placing an order, you should receive an electronic order confirmation.

SHIPPING AND FULFILMENT

Some products may be dispatched directly from a supplier or fulfilment partner rather than from Berry Doodle’s business address.
If your order contains several products, they may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
Estimated delivery times and available shipping options will be provided on the website, product page or at checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will comply with the delivery requirements imposed by applicable UK consumer law.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.
Please contact us if an order appears to be significantly delayed, lost or damaged.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.
For most eligible goods purchased online, customers normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that they wish to cancel.
After notifying us, customers normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
Your legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods are separate from any change-of-mind return rights.
